Become a member organisation

Generally, each country participating in ICPEN is represented by one national governmental organisation responsible for the promotion and enforcement of fair trading practices (though there are a few exceptions).

Each member is expected to deliver an annual report and take part in at least three of the following ICPEN’s activities annually:

  • a network conference;
  • Internet Sweep;
  • Fraud Prevention Month;
  • another of the Network’s projects;
  • handling of cross-border complaints.

Before an agency becomes a member, it participates in the Network’s activities for 2 years as a partner organisation.
